About Us
Better Every Day
Rooney Basketball Academy is dedicated to empowering young athletes through our comprehensive training programs. We offer 1-on-1 training sessions, small group training, and large group camps throughout the year.
Our mission is to build your confidence with positive reinforcement, improve your skills to compete on the court, and nurture your self-belief. Our motto is, better every day. It informs everything we do, from crafting drills to how we communicate with our athletes.
We see basketball as a metaphor for life — we believe the skills and confidence gained on the court translate to personal growth and success off the court. At Rooney Basketball Academy, we aim to help you reach your full potential as an athlete and as an individual.

Following her collegiate success, Jadee played professionally in Australia for the Ringwood Hawks in the Big V League, where she led the league in scoring with 18.5 points per game and ranked second in three-pointers made. Upon returning to the United States, she served as an assistant coach at UW-Parkside and coached AAU basketball for the Kenosha Sharks boys’ team from 2014 to 2018.
In 2022, Jadee was inducted into the UW-Parkside Athletics Hall of Fame as part of the university’s first all-female class, commemorating the 50th anniversary of Title IX.
At Rooney Basketball Academy, Jadee offers personalized skills training for athletes in grades 4–12, focusing on ball handling, shooting mechanics, and game IQ. Her mission is to inspire young players by instilling confidence, discipline, and a love for the game.
